With over 40 years of increasingly responsible mechanical industry experience — from Plumbing Apprentice to executive leadership — I bring a deep, hands-on understanding of preconstruction management, value engineering, and high-precision cost analysis.
As Operations VP, I oversaw field operations, fabrication, BIM/CAD, and management personnel across complex commercial and industrial projects. We ran a strong team-first culture built on proven SOPs, mentorship, and servant leadership — the belief that the best results come from developing the people around you.
My focus has always been the same: accuracy, financial risk mitigation, and strong relationships with the construction management firms who depend on reliable numbers.
Why I Started New World Services
I watched promising MEP contractors get crushed trying to bid work they were fully capable of building — not because they lacked skill, but because their estimating departments were a bottleneck. They couldn't respond to their partner contractors fast enough, and opportunities walked out the door.
I also saw a generation of talented project managers and field supervisors promoted without the management training they needed to protect margin, close change orders, or grow a team. The technical ability was there. The business systems weren't.
New World Services exists to close both of those gaps — giving contractors a reliable, plug-and-play estimating resource and the management training infrastructure to grow without breaking.

I am highly proficient in modern digital project management systems, cloud-based estimation tracking, and the full suite of tools your team already uses — or I adapt to yours.
Beyond the Blueprints
I stay sharp in every sense. I currently officiate Men's College Lacrosse and High School Lacrosse, and serve as the Lacrosse trainer for the state of Arizona. The same discipline, precision, and competitive drive I bring to the field comes with me to every estimate.
